WARRANTY
To request a return authorization, please have your order number available and contact Customer Service at sales@aftermark.net if you have any questions.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your product. You can return any unwanted current item, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item must be the original condition in which it was supplied. Original packaging must be intact. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for any credit to appear to your credit card statement.
Please submit your request for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of the original transaction.

Please keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.

Exchanges
If you are returning the item(s) for exchange, please note the item(s) that you would like in return. The price difference and the new shipping charges will be applied to the credit card that is referenced on your return notice. You (the customer) are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition (including original packaging)
The turnaround time for returns and exchanges is approximately 7-10 business days from the date we receive your package. All exchanges ship via Ground unless otherwise specified.
Damaged Product
If part or all of your shipment was damaged in transit, please call us immediately at (214) 575-7575. Do not discard the package or packaging materials.
