Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Return products by logging into your AfterMark account. Select the order that includes the item for return and follow the prompts. Please call us at (214) 575-7575 if you have a question.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Available shipping options are FedEx and US Postal Service, including all standard and expedited options. Shipping methods can be chosen during the on line ordering process, and costs are shown before order completion.
Free shipping by FedEx Ground on orders over $500 that ship from AfterMark’s warehouse and to the continental United States. Some products, including compressor parts, ship from manufacturer locations, and shipping charges will apply.
Orders usually ship the same day if received by 3:30 PM CT. Orders received after 3:30 PM CT usually ship the next business day.
Orders are confirmed with tracking information by email. Direct shipments from the manufacturer are subject to shipping times from their docks. If an item cannot be shipped within 24 hours, you will be notified by phone or email with an estimated ship date.
