About FuelPumper

FuelPumper’s parent company, AfterMark LLC, was founded in 2004.  AfterMark was created when Hitachi’s automotive parts division asked Chad Carnahan to help it sell parts into the aftermarket.  At that time, Hitachi was only manufacturing original equipment parts for vehicle manufacturers like Ford and Toyota.

Because Hitachi had only produced special orders for large vehicle manufacturers, Carnahan could find only one area with full coverage - starters for Thermo King refrigeration units.  This became the opportunity to bring Hitachi into the aftermarket.

It was also the beginning of the ColdRider division of AfterMark.  AfterMark soon added a full line of transport refrigeration parts for Carrier Transicold and Thermo King.

ColdRider added fuel pumps from Motor Components (owner of the Facet brand) to its line.  After initial successes, they asked AfterMark to become a distributor for their full line.  FuelPumper became the second division within AfterMark LLC.

For 70 years, Motor Components, LLC has evolved the industry standard for the diesel electronic priming fuel pumps installed in many well-known off-road equipment around the world. Our fuel pumps can be found in many industries, including automotive, agriculture, construction, utility, generators, military, marine, power sport, refrigeration, and more. Facet® and Purolator® electronic fuel pumps are UL AU1501 listed, Reach, RoHS compliant, meets Coast Guard standards, MTBF up to 10K hours, compatible with Gasoline and Diesel fuels, and designed in 12 and 24 volts.

Today, AfterMark / FuelPumper offers a full line of over 150 Facet fuel pumps.  It sells throughout the United States and internationally.  While it sells fleets and individuals, it’s primary business is supporting independent technicians who service commercial applications.
